The Opportunity is a six-week course for young people of foreign origin who want to enter the Icelandic labour market. We teach you how Icelandic society and the labour market work, help you write a good CV and cover letter, and practise job interviews. You also get support with your job search.
At the same time we work with you as a person — your strengths, challenges and well-being — through mental, physical and social training. The aim is for you to grow in confidence and skills and to have a clear view of your future.
Classes are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 to 15:00. A light lunch is offered to participants.
